If you have just placed a new SBI Debit Card request online through net banking and want to track its delivery status then you can now track your request status online and check when your ATM/Debit card will be delivered to your address.
As you know, SBI customers can order a new Debit Card online through net banking and the SBI YONO application. Normally, your Debit card is delivered within 15 days after placing a request online. However, if you want to track your delivery status then you can login to Mobile Banking and track your Debit card status online.
SBI Debit Card Delivery Status Tracking Online
If SBI Mobile Banking (SBI YONO Lite) is installed on your phone then follow the below steps to track your Debit card request status:
Step 1: Open the SBI YONO Lite Mobile Banking application and login. After login, tap and open the “Manage Cards” section.
Step 2: On the manage cards section, tap on “Debit Card Issuance Tracking”
Step 3: Now select your account number, select the year and month when you placed your Debit card request, and click on the submit button. (For example, if you have placed your request in December 2020 then select this year and month and submit)
Next screen you can view your Debit card issuance status and know when it will be delivered. You can see your new ATM card’s last 4-digit number and tracking number to track delivery status. Your new Debit card will be delivered through speed post courier service and you will get delivery within 15 days.
