As you know, Bank of Baroda customers can place a new cheque book request online using mobile banking and net banking without visiting the branch. So if you have also requested cheque book online then follow the below steps and track your cheque book delivery status online.
Bank of Baroda Cheque Book Tracking Online
If your Bank of Baroda mobile banking is active then follow the below simple steps:
Step 1: Open the Bank of Baroda mobile banking application (BOB world) and login to your account. After login, tap and open the “Request Services” section.
Step 2: In the Request services, you can see the “Track your Cheque Book” option, just select and tap on this option.
Step 3: And the next screen, select your account number and you can see your cheque book request number and check whether it is dispatched or not and your cheque book dispatched then tap on the “Dispatched” button to know the tracking details.
Step 4: You can see now the dispatch date when your cheque book is sent via courier. Tap on the “View Details” option.
Step 5: In the details, you can see your “Consignment number” to track your delivery status, copy this consignment number.
Step 6: Now visit the India post tracking page (https://www.indiapost.gov.in/) & enter your consignment number to track the delivery status and know the current location of your cheque book and when it will be delivered. Most of the time your new cheque book will be sent via India post.
So this way Bank of Baroda account holders can track their cheque book delivery status online and check its current location and when it will be delivered.
