Change your IDBI Bank Account Home Branch Online ( A step-by-step guide)
Step 1: Login to the IDBI Bank Mobile Banking application and on the home screen, look at the below and tap and open the “Services” section.
Step 2: In the services section, open Account Services and tap on the “Change of Home Branch” option. Please check the below screenshot for more info.
Step 3: Next screen, to transfer your IDBI bank account to another new branch, tap on the “Generate Request” option to submit your request.
Step 4: On the next screen, select your bank account, and select your new branch (You can select your city and find your branch). Once you select your branch, you can view the full address of your new branch. Once you select your branch, tap on the next button.
Step 5: Next screen you can select the “Receive OTP via SMS” option to get OTP on your registered mobile number to complete the request.
Step 6: Next screen you will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP and submit.
Step 7: Congrats, your request to change your IDBI bank Account home branch has been submitted successfully. You can see the success screen after submitting the OTP.
When will the IDBI bank account branch be changed and your account transferred to a New Branch?
Once you submit the change of home branch request online through Mobile Banking, it will take 5 working days to transfer your IDBI Bank account to another new branch.
After 5 working days, your IDBI Bank account will be transferred to the new branch you selected during the change of home branch request.

How To Check if My IDBI Bank Branch has been Changed?
When you log in to the IDBI Mobile Banking application, you will find your home branch name and account number on the main home screen. You can check the below screenshot for more info.
If your branch has not been updated and you still see your old branch name, please wait for some time as it will be updated.
